About me

I am based in New York City where I enjoy meeting new faces, trying new restaurants, and the occasional escape from the city to fly fish or ski.

Currently, I’m working at Sequoia where I focus on Product Success and User Research initiatives. I have a background advising companies – from Series A funding to those with $100B+ public market caps – on how to structure compensation programs, both cash and equity, and how think about paying their people to increase scalability, promote growth, and focus on retention.

I’ve been a part of Sequoia since the first days of the Compensation service line, where we aimed to change the way companies, and advisors, conceptualized compensation and put their total rewards philosophies to work. In a matter of less than three years, we’ve managed to 3x headcount YOY for the service line, generate over $5M in revenue in 2023, and stand up a suite of People team products that aid startup leaders in every stage of the people planning process.

In my free time, I’m passionate about learning new skills and find the process of learning itself to be the most reward aspect. In my free time, I study music and guitar, day dream about fly fishing remote islands around the world, keep up with the latest trends in the world of snow sports, work on The Outdoor Project, and check in on my friends and family.
